About Us
One of a Kind Team
One of a Kind Clinical Research Center LLC provides clinical research care to local and distant patients through in-person, virtual, or travel trials. Founded in 2021 by Alexandria Clark, BSE and Anna Fehr, RN BSN, the team has since grown to include multiple dedicated research coordinators, research nurses, Sub-Investigators and Principal Investigators. The mission of Anna and Alexandria includes providing a new look at clinical trials by expanding access to physicians and patients to the benefits of clinical research. The team works alongside many local groups to provide disease and treatment education.
We would love the opportunity to introduce you to the rest of the team and look forward to providing you with a One of a Kind Experience whether you be a sponsor, physician or patient.

What is a Principal Investigator?
Principal Investigator (PI) is the physician in charge of conducting a clinical research trial. This is done by delegating tasks as appropriate and oversight of study activities.
1-OAK provides the resources to incorporate this role into your current clinic without the burden of overhead costs and start up risks.
Requirements to become a PI:
- Current and Valid MD, DO or NP license
- Access to patient population
- Willing to obtain Good Clinical Practice Certification
- Passion for Clinical Trials

1-OAK is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Sam Ahn! Dr. Ahn own’s North Bay Allergy in Napa/Sonoma California. He is passionate about bringing clinical trial opportunities to patients in the Napa county area!
Diversity Score
Along with Joining the Society for Clinical Research Sites, 1-OAK was able to participate in a grading event to determine the accessibility and openness to our site for Diversification of patients! We are excited to share we scored a 90% and have had an amazing opportunity to explore more ways that we can improve our score, and have made a goal of reaching 95% by end of 2024.
