Anna Fehr RN BSN CCRC
Co-Founder and CEO
Anna earned her BSN as a Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society member, specializing in critical care oncology, and is a certified research coordinator. She brings over 12 years of research experience across immunology, pulmonology, oncology, psychology, gastroenterology, sleep, and neurology. In 2021, she co-founded 1-OAK, where she now serves managing clinical trial workflow and leading the team.

Ryleigh Alfonso
Research Manager
RRyleigh serves as the Clinical Research Lead at 1-OAK, bringing over six years of clinical research experience and more than ten years in healthcare. She earned her BS in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Genetics and Cell Biology from Arizona State University. Her experience spans Phase II-IV clinical trials across pulmonology, cardiology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, wound care, podiatry, and general medicine. She leads clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and research staff while remaining committed to advancing innovative therapies and improving patient outcomes.

Lilian Le
Clinical Research Coordinator
Lilian is an Arizona native currently pursuing her nursing degree at Scottsdale Community College after studying Physiology and Medical Science at the University of Arizona. Inspired by her experience as a first-generation Vietnamese American serving as her family’s translator during medical appointments, she developed a passion for patient care early on, beginning her healthcare career as a CNA. She brings experience in women’s health, emergency medicine, and internal medicine, serving as a patient liaison, medical assistant, and medical scribe. Outside of work, Lilian enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and staying active through Pilates and weightlifting.

Dora Le
Clinical Research Coordinator
Dora joined One of a Kind Clinical Research Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator after earning her Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration from the University of Arizona. She brings experience in both academic and industry research settings, along with a background as a Medical Assistant and Licensed Nursing Assistant. Passionate about translational research, Dora is committed to improving equitable access to clinical trials and connecting diverse patient populations with innovative therapies. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local cafés and bakeries, baking, and reading.

Sophia Pitmann
Clinical Research Coordinator I
Originally from Atlanta, Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona with dual majors in Neuroscience & Cognitive Science and Psychological Sciences. She recently began her career as a Clinical Research Coordinator and is passionate about advancing patient care through clinical research. Sophia brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every study. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, staying active, and spending time with her cat, Toby.
