One of a Kind Clinical Research Center LLC provides comprehensive clinical research services to patients alongside healthcare providers across three locations: Scottsdale, Arizona; Houston, Texas; and Napa, California. We offer in-person, virtual, and travel trial opportunities to ensure accessible participation in groundbreaking medical research.
Founded in 2021 by Alexandria Clark, BSE and Anna Fehr, RN BSN, 1-OAK was built on a vision to transform clinical research accessibility. We believe that both physicians and patients deserve better access to the benefits and opportunities that clinical trials provide.
Since our founding, our team has grown to include dedicated research coordinators, research nurses, Sub-Investigators, and Principal Investigators across multiple specialties. Each team member shares our commitment to providing exceptional care while advancing medical science.
Anna Fehr RN BSN CCRC
Co-Founder and CEO
Anna earned her BSN as a Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society member, specializing in critical care oncology, and is a certified research coordinator. She brings over 12 years of research experience across immunology, pulmonology, oncology, psychology, gastroenterology, sleep, and neurology. In 2021, she co-founded 1-OAK, where she now serves managing clinical trial workflow and leading the team.
Co-Founder
Alexandria graduated from ASU in 2018 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and gained early research experience coordinating in the Autism and Aging Lab, where she discovered her passion for blending patient care with medical advancement. In 2021, she co-founded 1-OAK alongside Anna with a vision to bring a fresh perspective to pharmaceutical care.
Research Manager and Diversity Director
Brittney joined 1-OAK in 2022 as a certified clinical research coordinator with experience in retina and ophthalmology, having worked on Phase I–IV clinical trials. She serves as Diversity Director and Research Manager, overseeing inclusive outreach and clinical trial operations. Brittney earned her ACRP certification in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Irvine, California.
Regulatory specialist
Nikki joined One of a Kind Clinical Research Center in August 2023 as a regulatory assistant. She specializes in ensuring that all research conducted at the center meets the highest standards and regulatory requirements. With experience speaking on various regulatory panels, she is dedicated to supporting rigorous, compliant research that advances innovative medical treatments.
Meet Your Arizona Team
Clinical Research Coordinator
Dalena joined 1-OAK as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Originally from Connecticut, she earned her bachelor’s degree at West Virginia University and continued her training at VAST Clinical Research Institute. She is excited to begin her career in clinical research and enjoys exploring Arizona, going on spontaneous adventures, brunching, and attending concerts with friends.
Lead CRC
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and has over two years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She has supported Phase II–IV trials across Dermatology, Neurology, Vaccination, Endocrine, and Autoimmune studies. Jordan brings enthusiasm, precision, and positivity to every project and enjoys reading, traveling, exploring nature, and spending time with her fiancé and her cat.
Clinical Research Assistant
Jacqueline joined 1-OAK Clinical Research in 2025 as an Assistant Research Coordinator, bringing a strong healthcare background and a passion for clinical research. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology and certifications in Emergency Medicine and Phlebotomy. Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and supporting her three sons at cheerleading and sporting events.

Clinical Research Coordinator
Michelle joined 1-OAK in July 2024, bringing 15 years of diverse healthcare experience in education, training, and clinical operations across phlebotomy, medical assisting, and transfusion and transplantation services. Now transitioning into clinical research, she is passionate about advancing studies in allergies and asthma to make a meaningful impact on the local community and improve patient outcomes.
