We accomplish this by providing education and support to all patients, a physician friendly model to help bring clinical trials to new physicians, and a focus on compliance and accuracy for multiple protocol types.
Anna Fehr, RN, BSN, CCRC
Co-Founder/ CEO-Operations
Anna Fehr is the co-owner and COO at 1-OAK. With an exceptional career spanning over a decade, Anna oversees the daily operations of the research facility, focusing on logistics, ALCOA practices, GCP adherence, patient care, protocol obedience, regulatory compliance, clinical trial applications, managing communications with sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs), physician engagement.
Anna’s expertise covers a diverse range of disease fields, including but not limited to Asthma, Immunology, Dermatology, Neurology, oncology, Psychology, & Gastroenterology.
Anna’s academic background is anchored by a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, specializing in Critical Care Oncology. She is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, and is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
Alexandria Clark, BSE, CCRC
Co-Founder/ CEO-Administration
Alexandria, an alumna of ASU with a 2018 degree in Biomedical Engineering, began her journey in the Autism and Aging lab during her undergraduate years. It was here that she discovered her deep-rooted passion for merging patient care with cutting-edge medical advancements.
In 2021, she and Anna joined forces to establish 1-OAK, driven by the vision of revolutionizing the landscape of pharmaceutical care. As the CEO, Alexandria spearheads outreach efforts and fosters a culture of forward-thinking within the team. Her commitment lies in shaping a brighter future for healthcare.
Brittney Calivoso, CCRC
Clinical Research Diversity Director
Brittney, a seasoned and certified clinical research coordinator, joined 1-OAK in 2022. With several years of experience in the field of retina and ophthalmology, she has actively contributed to a range of clinical trials, spanning phases I to IV. Brittney earned her certification as a research coordinator from ACRP in 2022. In 2024 Brittney took her current title, to lead 1-OAK’s diversity mission and to be the front line on community outreach to alliviate the stigma around clinical- trials in minority groups.
Before venturing into clinical research, Brittney obtained her bachelor’s degree in science from Irvine, California. Her profound passion lies in clinical trials, patient care, and fostering inclusion within the field.
Dalena Tran, CRC
Research Coordinator
Dalena, our Clinical Research Coordinator hailing from Connecticut, brings her passion to the 1-Oak team. She earned her bachelor’s degree at West Virginia University and furthered her education with VAST Clinical Research Institute. Her enthusiasm for clinical research is palpable as she embarks on this career journey.
While savoring the Arizona sunshine, Dalena also enjoys her free time with spontaneous adventures, brunch outings, and attending concerts with her friends. She’s a vibrant addition to the 1-Oak family, blending her professional dedication with a zest for life outside of work.
Crystal Hassey, CRC
Research Coordinator
Crystal, a seasoned Clinical Research Coordinator, brings over a year and a half of experience to the healthcare field. She joined One of a Kind Clinical Research Center CA in February 2024. With a strong educational foundation, Crystal holds an Associates Degree in Psychology, complementing her practical expertise in clinical research, along with various certfications.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Crystal finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. As a devoted mother to a son and two dogs, family is at the heart of her priorities. Her love for the outdoors reflect a balanced lifestyle that fuels her professional endeavors. When Crystal is not hard at work or being home with her family she is an avid traveler to tropical desinations. However her ultimate happy place is Disneyland.
Gabriella Vaitkus
Assistant Coordinator
In 2023, Gabriella Vaitkus became a valuable member of the 1-OAK team as an assistant research coordinator. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, she eagerly entered the research arena. Gabriella is driven by a deep passion for broadening the horizons of clinical trials, aiding others, and the pursuit of knowledge.
When she’s not immersed in her research role, Gabriella enjoys her leisure time with a good book, exploring new destinations through travel, and spending quality moments with her feline companion, Molly.
Nikki Jundt
Regulatory Affairs
Nikki, a recent addition to One of a Kind Clinical Research Center as a regulatory assistant since August 2023, possesses a unique background in preschool teaching and childcare. Her early career experiences finely tuned her organizational and documentation skills, sparking her interest in regulatory affairs.
Driven by her passion for learning and creating a meaningful impact, Nikki fully embraces her role in ensuring research processes adhere to the highest standards and regulations, contributing to the development of groundbreaking medical treatments.

Meet Oakley, 1-OAK’s beloved office companion! While she may spend most of her day indulging in well-deserved naps, Oakley truly comes to life when patients pay a visit.
Oakley actively participates in patient outreach programs and even makes delightful trips to local provider offices. She’s eager to enhance your appointment experience with her generous cuddles. If you have any concerns about dogs or would prefer not to have a visit from Oakley, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Your comfort is paramount, and Oakley completely understands that her size can be a bit intimidating for some. Rest assured, she’s a gentle giant, embodying the One of a Kind spirit in every way
